Castle Hill Academy one of the top performing schools in the borough

We are extremely proud of our Year 6 class of 2022-2023, who achieved excellent results in the summer 2023 SATs tests.

Following the recent release of performance data, pupils of Castle Hill Academy achieved their best set of SATs results in the school’s recent history.

The national average has fallen to 60% for the percentage of pupils achieving the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths combined, since the pandemic.

Castle Hill Academy bucked that trend. For all Castle Hill Academy pupils that took the SATs in our mainstream, 83% achieved the expected standard for Reading, Writing and Maths combined (and 78% achieved this across the school). This is well above the national average.

Their success is down to the hard work of pupils and staff and the support of our parents and carers.

We congratulate our Year 6 pupils of 2022-2023 and wish them all the very best.
